"Charmaine's training was illuminating and the hard questions about addressing race with students, colleagues and staff members in a humorous, curious and factual way."

" her expertise and ability to challenge in a gentle way gave me new insights into how i can better address the insidious impacts of racism and race in my practice. it felt very much like a conversation and i felt free to ask questions and share my insights to gain deeper UNDERSTANDING. i would highly recommend her trainings to those seeking to learn more about their own biases and how to tackle this sensitive concept with numerous stakeholders.
